These are the terms for using this website, berehavenmotorworks.com. The site belongs to Berehaven Motor Works Ltd, formerly Paul O'Shea Motors, a company registered in Ireland, number 714765, at Castletownbere Commercial Park, Castletownbere, Co. Cork, P75 AX79. By using the site you agree to them.

The site tells you about the garage, the servicing and repairs we do, and the used cars, vans and 4x4s we have for sale. It is for looking and for getting in touch. Nothing is bought or paid for on the site itself.

A car on the site is an invitation to come and see it, ring us or ask about it. It is not an offer to sell, and a sale only happens when we agree it with you at the garage.

We take care that the details are right: the year, mileage, fuel, gearbox, NCT or CVRT date, and the price. They are typed in by us from the car's own paperwork, and mistakes can happen. If something on a listing is wrong, the car itself and its documents are what counts, and we will put the listing right as soon as we know. Prices are in euro. A price can change, and a car can be sold or taken off the site, at any time before a sale is agreed.

Photographs show the car as it was when photographed. Some photographs are shown on a plain background made by the site; the car is the real car.

A car marked "Sale agreed" is being held for someone. A car marked "Sold" has gone. A car in the "Being prepared" list is not yet for sale and has no price until it is.

When you buy a car from us you buy it under Irish consumer law, and nothing on this site takes away the rights that law gives you. Every car comes with three months' warranty from us, or the manufacturer's warranty where that still runs; the exact cover is set out when the sale is agreed. We take trade-ins, and we can go through finance options with you. The terms of the sale itself, including any deposit, are agreed with you at the garage and are separate from these website terms.

When you use the form on a car's page, we use the name, phone number and question you give us to answer you, and for nothing else. Our privacy page says how we handle that.

Some pages link to other sites, such as a car's advert on CarsIreland, Google Maps for directions, or WhatsApp to message us. Those sites have their own terms and we are not responsible for them.

The words, the photographs and the logo on this site belong to Berehaven Motor Works Ltd, or are used with permission. You are welcome to share a link to any page. Please do not copy the photographs or the text for use elsewhere without asking us first.

We keep the site running and up to date as best we can, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we are not liable for loss that comes from using it or relying on it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.

We may change these terms from time to time, and the version on this page is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the Irish courts deal with any dispute about them.
